The Archbishop of Canterbury has accepted the resignation of Bishop Jonathan Goodall after eight years as Bishop of Ebbsfleet, following his decision to seek full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have issued this statement in response to the Anti-Racism Taskforce Report published today.
