Archbishop welcomes Korean Anglican leader to Lambeth Palace

Archbishop of Canterbury welcomes Archbishop Paul Kim and directors of South Korea's Christian broadcaster to Lambeth Palace.

The Archbishop of Canterbury welcomed the Primate of the Anglican Church of Korea to Lambeth Palace yesterday.

Archbishop Paul Kim is visiting London and Canterbury with& directors from the Christian Broadcasting System of Korea (CBS) to give them a better understanding of the Anglican Communion.

The Archbishop spoke to the CBS directors about work of the Church of England and the role of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

He also explained his three priorities of renewing prayer and praying communities; enabling reconciliation within and beyond the church; and equipping Christians to share their faith with others.

The Archbishop, who visited the Anglican Church of Korea in 2013 during his global tour of the Anglican Communion, also offered his congratulations on the Church's 125th anniversary this year.
