Louise has led the Events and Engagement team at Lambeth Palace since 2014. She is a passionate team leader who enjoys developing a team and growing community outreach.
Sophie Clark
Sophie has been part of the Events and Engagement team at Lambeth Palace since 2019. She works to support commercial venue hire, helping to position the Palace as a unique destination for heritage experiences and meaningful gatherings.
Conor Paterson
Conor has been part of the Events and Engagement team since 2019. He manages a dedicated Events team, ensuring the smooth delivery of meetings, hospitality, and National Church Institution, public and private events. He also spearheads marketing strategy, brand development, and digital communications, positioning Lambeth Palace as a premier venue for hire.
His work has earned national recognition through award wins, and he regularly represents the Palace at industry events and networking forums.
Rob Gathercole
Rob has been part of the Events and Engagement team at Lambeth Palace since 2017. He leads the culinary team in delivering exceptional hospitality. With over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, Rob brings a wealth of expertise. He champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and has overseen catering for high-profile occasions, including state receptions and community events.
Rob’s commitment to excellence and traceability has helped establish Lambeth Palace’s reputation for thoughtful, ethical, and memorable dining experiences.
Ilona Kaminska
Ilona Kaminska has been part of the Events and Engagement team at Lambeth Palace since 2024. She oversees the day-to-day delivery of hospitality across Lambeth Palace.
With a background in high-end hospitality and venue management, Ilona ensures that all events run smoothly and reflect the Palace’s values of welcome and excellence. She plays a key role in coordinating logistics, guest services, and supplier relationships.
