The Atrium at Lambeth Palace is a stunning modern space that seamlessly connects the historic and contemporary. Opened in 2000 by HM The King, Charles III, it offers a versatile setting perfect for receptions or networking events.

The glazed-roofed courtyard was designed and built by Richard Griffith and Richard Scott. It houses a range of gifts and artefacts presented to various Archbishops over the years.

During the construction of the Atrium, various artefacts were discovered, including medieval roof and floor tiles, medieval pottery, and a 13th-century oyster shell.

The Atrium is available for private evening hire.
