Service of Reconciliation for Church of England and United Reformed Church

Archbishop Rowan Williams will preach at a service of Reconciliation, Healing of Memories and Mutual Commitment for the Church of England and the United Reformed Church. 

The service marks the 350th anniversary of the historic events of 1662.  It will be attended by representatives of the United Reformed Church and bishops, clergy and laity of the CofE General Synod.  Also present will be representatives of member churches of Churches Together in England and other churches in Britain.

The service will take place at Westminster Abbey at 6:15pm on Tuesday February 7th. All are invited, but please note that the service is ticketed. Tickets are free and are available from Westminster Abbey.
